Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Breakfast

There is no meal option with this room.

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Deposit

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Important information

Check-in details: The reception's opening hours are from 10:00 until 13:00. Guests arriving outside of these times are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. It is not possible to check in after 24:00. When booking, all guests should note their anticipated time of arrival and the airport to which they are flying (e.g. Barcelona El Prat, Girona Costa Brava or Reus). Guests should also provide a contact mobile telephone number (including international dialling code). This information can be noted in the Comments box of the booking confirmation. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of the reception opening hours should contact the property directly at least 48 hours prior to travel. Check-in after 23:00 incurs an additional fee of EUR 20. The cleaning service is available until 13:30. For reservations of more than 5 nights, a prepayment is required. Once the reservation is made, a member of staff will contact the customer to arrange prepayment.
