Montecarlo Since 1945, right in the center of Barcelona, in one of the most famous streets of the world "Las Ramblas", next to Catalunya Square, is located our Hotel, an old palace of the XIX century. This palace was the headquarters of the Artistic Circle of Barcelona and was the home of two extinguished newspapers "Las Noticias" and the "Correo Catalan". Completely renovated with a mixture of classical and modern design, this hotel has everything that you may need to feel so confortable as if you were at home and also offers the latest advances in facilities to do business.

In addition to the facilities already mentioned, all rooms come with electrically-adjustable beds with hypoallergenic mattresses and bedding. Rooms are covered by Wi-Fi or high-speed internet connections, and bathrooms come with jacuzzi tubs.

We offer a buffet breakfast from 07.00 to 11.00 (07.30 to 11.00 at weekends).

The hotel benefits from an ideal location. Situated in the heart of Barcelona on the iconic Las Ramblas, this comfortable hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city. Guests are able to step out of our hotel straight onto Las Ramblas and on to one of the most famous boulevards in Europe. The lively atmosphere of Las Ramblas, with its hip bars, charming restaurants and vibrant street performers will delight the most discerning traveller. Plaça de Catalunya is a 5-minute walk away, as are the historical and commercial centres of the city. The Gothic Quarter, the heart of old Barcelona with its medieval and Roman buildings is a few metres away, as well as the major shopping areas of Barcelona.

Travel information

By bus: The Aerobus runs every 15 minutes from all terminals of Barcelona Airport to Plaça de Catalunya, only 5 minutes from the hotel. The journey takes around 30 minutes.
